Pro-Style’s Fitness for Life program has been designed to assist you with your fitness goals. Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or looking to get back on the road to better health, our Fitness for Life program is just for you! We focus on core training, flexibility, cardiovascular, muscle toning and strengthening. All of our classes are highly energetic, motivational and fun! Each class is led by an experienced instructor. With 15 classes per week to choose from, this program is sure to assist and motivate you to achieve your ultimate fitness goals! We offer an 8 week introductory course which includes pre & post fitness assessments, work-out guide, food tracking and on-line nutrition planning.
