Pro-Style Martial Arts and Fitness | Kanata, Ontario

Pro-Style was founded in 1994 by then Sensei John Laroda (now Master John). Pro-Style’s first club was a 1,600 square ft. front room located on Heinz road in Kanata. In 1998 Pro-Style relocated to 101 Schneider road to a 3,100 ft. location. As Pro-Style continued to grow as a Martial Arts & Fitness facility we were again in need of a larger location. As space became available in the current building Master John decided to expand to a brand new 8,000 square ft. facility.
